Warranty Information
Most of our Pulsar devices (vapes) come with a warranty period of either 6 months or 1 year from the purchase date, depending on the model.
The smaller 510 threaded devices typically have a 6-month warranty, while our main lineup, such as APX, RoK, etc., have a 1-year warranty.
If you encounter any issues with a device from the following brands, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@bluntpark.com:
Pulsar: Our vapes come with a warranty. Glass does not, but we understand that accidents happen. Reach out to us with your issue, and we’ll handle it on a case-by-case basis.
Shire Pipes: 1-year warranty.
Herbal Chef: 1 year for the Electric Butter Maker (KT09). Stovetop units do not come with a warranty.
Seshgear: Vapes come with a 1-year warranty.
